This refund policy is applicable only in respect of online payment made on www.frdavischiramel.com, which is run by Aryasala Healthcare.
Amount once paid through the payment gateway shall not be refunded other than in the following circumstances:
- Multiple times debiting of candidate account due to technical error.
- Customers account being debited with excess amount in a single transaction due to technical error.
The customer will have to submit an application for refund along with his/her contact address, phone number, bank account details, original payment receipt, if any receipt is generated at the time of making payments and the transaction number to the office of Aryasala Healthcare or email firstname.lastname@example.org
The application will be processed manually and after verification, if the claim is found valid, a refund transaction will be issued to the account from which the applicant payment done within a period of 15-30 working days of receipt of such claim. The refund mode will be same as the payment was made by the candidate.
Cancellation & Return Policy
After a successful Registration/Purchase to an Aryasala Healthcare Programme/Service/Product a customer can never cancel his/her registration/order. No refund will be allowed under any circumstances.
In case of cancellation of a service/programme/product occurs then the paid amount will be considered for upcoming service/programme/product.
Aryasala Healthcare will never return the service charge under any circumstances.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with this cancellation & return policy or use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
